In his free time he is an avid waterskier, cyclist and golfer. He holds a Master's degree in Quantitative Economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
CFO
Eric has founded and managed several businesses, including a Swiss real estate development company, and was a partner at McKinsey & Company for 12 years. He is a long-distance runner and enjoys sports overall, including e-sports in which he competes frequently. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Chairman
Claudio is Chairman of the Board of Greenreb. He spent over three decades at McKinsey & Company, latterly as a Senior Partner on its global board, and is today Senior Partner Emeritus and Senior Advisor. He also teaches at the University of St. Gallen and ETH Zürich. In his free time he plays competitive tennis and produces wine and food in the Piemont region. He holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Chief Technology Officer
Phillip has over 20 years of experience leading global technology and business-process transformations at distinguished enterprises (PwC, UBS, Credit Suisse), and was CTO for a technology start-up. He enjoys travelling, football and videography, and holds a Master of Computer Science plus a joint Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management (Toronto) and the University of St. Gallen.
Chief Operating Officer
Patrick has a strong hospitality background, holding senior leadership positions with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. He has a diploma in Hotel Business and Management from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Germany, and enjoys riding his motorcycle, mountain-biking and hiking with family and friends.
General Manager · Topgolf Oberhausen
Ivan leads Greenreb's flagship venue, Topgolf Oberhausen. He joined Topgolf in 2023 as Operations Manager and has since risen to lead the venue. Before Topgolf he was General Manager at L'Osteria in Duisburg. Ivan holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
General Manager · Topgolf Wien
Stefan brings more than 20 years of experience in international premium hospitality and events. At DO & CO he led complex hospitality projects worldwide as Operations Manager and served as Trackside Manager for Mercedes-AMG F1. Most recently, as Project Manager at Mochi Holding, he guided the planning and opening of new venues in Vienna. In his free time Stefan is a passionate alpinist and mountaineer.
Chief Construction Officer
Oliver has more than 35 years of experience executing large construction projects (including at Bilfinger SE and Implenia AG) as senior project manager with overall responsibility. He plays sports regularly, enjoys travelling and is active as a rescue diver. He holds two master-craftsman titles and a degree in business law from the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Essen.
Head of Accounting
Katrin leads accounting for Greenreb, overseeing finance and reporting across the DACHI region. She brings more than 20 years of finance expertise — most recently as Senior Manager Finance & Accounting at Inwerk, and previously in finance-leadership roles at Asahi Kasei Europe and Asahi Packaging. She began her career in audit at PwC. Katrin is well-versed in HGB and IFRS financial statements, consolidation and tax.
Strategy & Analysis Manager
Stefan was responsible for sales and business development at a global entertainment and e-sports company, and previously held roles at Amazon and BMW. In his free time he follows his passion for golf and cross-fit. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Innsbruck, Austria.
Expansion Manager
Johannes managed international real estate funds at KPMG and previously headed the private real estate investor business at the Plattes Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on international finance, plus a certified qualification in real estate law and taxation earned through studies in Germany, China and the USA. He passionately plays golf and travels whenever he can.
Supply Chain Manager
Philipp has extensive supply-chain experience; most recently he managed the EMEA supply chain for a globally known premium golf-club manufacturer, and before the golf industry he was a lean manager in drive technology. He enjoys cycling, golfing and sim racing, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Technology and Management from HAW Hamburg.
Head of IT Venue Management
Ghassen oversees IT across Greenreb's venues. He joined Topgolf Oberhausen in 2021 and grew from IT working student to Head of Technology & Innovation before taking on IT venue support group-wide. Alongside his work he has co-founded ventures in electromobility consulting and premium-date export. Ghassen holds a Master's in Mechatronics and Electromobility from Bochum University and an engineering degree from INSAT in Tunisia.
